Our stay was a fine experience. Location: the hotel was so close to all restaurants and coffee shops. In a hurry we visited Pho bo Mau Dich nearby. The room was brand-new and fairly quiet, had very comfy and included an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware. The atmosphere created was quiet! The breakfast was savoury with accommodating personnel.

Absolutely incredible choice! The staff was beyond amazing - so helpful and kind. The laundry service was top-notch, and the room was unbelievably quiet, giving me the best sleep I've had in Vietnam. They provide toothbrushes, razors, cotton swabs, sewing kits, and more. And let me tell you, the breakfast was mind-blowingly delicious! I highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay.

The tour desk was so helpful, they really knew how to sell me those expensive tours. And the paid airport shuttle? Oh, it was worth every penny.
Couldn't find a single negative thing to say! The hotel was absolutely flawless.

The hotel is located in a quaint alley filled with street vendors and markets, and the city center is easily accessible. the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was freshly cooked and offered various options. the hot water and shower pressure were okay, and there were enough facilities to make the stay comfortable.
The service communication could use some improvement, as staff members did not always speak fluent English or French.

The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had many options including fresh fruit, good coffee, and eggs. The staff at reception were amazing, very helpful, and friendly. The location was perfect, in the heart of the city but on a calm street with local vendors selling fruits and vegetables. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a supermarket and good street food nearby.
It was all superb.

Spent Xmas in the heart of the city and had a great experience. The location was on a small street that was peaceful and kept crowding noise at bay. Really appreciated the double windows in the room as they made it possible to have a sound sleep. Staff were super sweet and breakfast was cooked to order which was a real bonus. The laundry service and taxi were useful amenities available at the hotel.
One of the downsides of the stay was not knowing where airport pickups would happen exactly since there's no direct access to the hotel entrance. , an in-room iron would have been a plus.

I recently stayed at Silk Flower Hotel & Spa for a few days. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet side alley of the old quarters but still close to the vibrant nightlife. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with efficient AC. The breakfast options were delicious, with made-to-order pancakes and eggs. It's a great value accommodation in the heart of the city.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
