Our stay was a fine experience. Location: the hotel was so close to all restaurants and coffee shops. In a hurry we visited Pho bo Mau Dich nearby. The room was brand-new and fairly quiet, had very comfy and included an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware. The atmosphere created was quiet! The breakfast was savoury with accommodating personnel.

The room we stayed in had central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. It's just a short walk from Hanoi city center, which was great.

Absolutely incredible choice! The staff was beyond amazing - so helpful and kind. The laundry service was top-notch, and the room was unbelievably quiet, giving me the best sleep I've had in Vietnam. They provide toothbrushes, razors, cotton swabs, sewing kits, and more. And let me tell you, the breakfast was mind-blowingly delicious! I highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay.

Really appreciated the double windows in the room as they made it possible to have a sound sleep. Staff were super sweet and breakfast was cooked to order which was a real bonus. One of the downsides of the stay was not knowing where airport pickups would happen exactly since there's no direct access to the hotel entrance. , an in-room iron would have been a plus.

We had a hard time figuring out where to be picked up for airport transfers due to lack of vehicle access to the front of the hotel. we were disappointed that there was no iron available in the room.
